For account access, verification, rewards, coupons, merchant setup, privacy requests, or technical problems, email support@cashoutmobile.com. Include the support reference shown in the app, if available. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Safety reports

Safety issues involving a video, comment, message, or account can also be reported from the relevant in-app menu. If you cannot access the app, email support and identify the account or content as precisely as possible.

Copyright notices and counter-notices

Cashout responds to properly submitted copyright notices and counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512. Send them to the designated agent below. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the complaining party's contact information, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and include a physical or electronic signature. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, include the required statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the applicable federal-court jurisdiction and service of process, provide contact information, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Cashout may forward a notice or counter-notice to the affected user or claimant. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability. Cashout may remove or disable access to reported material and maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
