Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Cashout app or accessing cashoutmobile.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cashout Mobile LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be enrolled at The Ohio State University, Columbus campus and be at least 18 years of age.
You must have a valid OSU email address (.osu.edu) to register a student account.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend any account that does not meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You may not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts used to earn additional Dough may result in immediate termination.
Notify us immediately at support@cashoutmobile.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Students earn Dough by watching complete promotional videos from merchant partners within the Cashout app.
Dough may be redeemed for coupons and offers available in the Fridge marketplace.
Dough has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Dough is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared between accounts.
We reserve the right to adjust or revoke Dough balances earned through fraudulent activity or technical error.
Cashout reserves the right to modify the Dough reward structure at any time with reasonable notice.

Coupons purchased with Dough are subject to the terms set by each merchant, including expiration dates and usage limits.
Coupons are non-refundable once redeemed.
Cashout is not responsible for a merchant's failure to honor a valid coupon. Contact support@cashoutmobile.com if you experience a redemption issue.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to watch videos, earn Dough, or interact with the Service artificially.
You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any feature of the Service.
You may not create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity or OSU affiliation.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including the app interface, design, logos, and software - are the exclusive property of Cashout Mobile LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Promotional videos and offers displayed within the Service are provided by third-party merchant partners.
Cashout does not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy or quality of merchant content.
Disputes regarding merchant products or services should be directed to the relevant merchant.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Cashout Mobile LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of Dough balances or coupon value.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
