Cashout Mobile LLC is an Ohio limited liability company operating the Cashout iOS application and the website at cashoutmobile.com. Our principal place of business is Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Personal Information: When you register, we collect your OSU email address for student verification. For merchant accounts, we collect business name, contact name, and email address.
Usage Data: We collect videos watched, watch duration, Dough balance transactions, coupon interactions, and in-app navigation patterns.
Device Information: We collect device model, iOS version, app version, and crash logs for performance monitoring and debugging.

To create and manage your account and verify OSU student eligibility
To calculate, display, and update your Dough balance
To issue, store, and validate coupons in your wallet
To provide merchants with anonymized, aggregated engagement analytics
To send transactional notifications such as new video drops and coupon reminders
To improve the performance and features of the Service
To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We use Google Firebase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for network security. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
Merchants receive only anonymized, aggregated metrics - total views and redemptions. Individual student identities are never shared.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Cashout Mobile and its users.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encrypted data transmission and Google Firebase's SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. We do not store payment card information - all payment processing is handled by Stripe. While we implement these measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
To request account deletion, email support@cashoutmobile.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Our website and app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

The Service is intended for university students aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our Service, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
